Pipe floating pontoon are made from high wear resistance PE by rotational molding technology. One complete dredging pipe float consists of two halves filled with PU foam which are connected by galvanized bolts, nuts and washers. The reasonable structure makes the plastic pipe float perform well in tough condition.

The diameter of this pontoon can be adjusted fit different sizes of pipes.
1.Patented shape : Locating slot(The locating slot is designed for tight connecting, it makes dredging pipe floats perform well in rough sea condition.)
2. MDPE hull (100% virgin material) + closed-cell PU foam filled + galvanized bolts,nuts and washers (stainless steel bolts also available with a cost increase)
3.UV-protection
